These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Tidyvelle website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and Prices
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, dimensions and prices are accurate. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen.
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and include applicable taxes where required. Any delivery charges will be shown before payment.
Orders and Payment
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation.
If a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced or cannot be delivered, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Payment must be completed using one of the methods available at checkout.

Some products may be dispatched by international fulfilment partners and items from the same order may arrive separately.
Cancellations and Returns
Customers may cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving them, without providing a reason. After notifying us, the products must normally be returned within a further 14 days.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned products or evidence that they have been sent back.
Certain products may be excluded from cancellation rights, including personalised goods and sealed hygiene products that have been opened.

Faulty or Incorrect Products
Products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, contact us at supporttidyvalle@gmail.com. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these Terms.
Website Use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful software or use its content for unlawful purposes.
The Tidyvelle name, website design, text, images and other original content may not be copied or commercially used without permission.
Liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded. We do not exclude or restrict your statutory consumer rights.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when necessary. Changes will apply to future orders and will not alter orders already accepted.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Customers living in Scotland or Northern Ireland retain their applicable local consumer protections and may bring proceedings in their local courts.
